What is EasyCount's

EasyCount defines a chargeable price of a company to its customers. It contains tools to control and expedite the receipt of money from the entry of a Sales order to posting payments received. The system support includes procurement master data, customer/ voucher master data, bill processing and aging analysis, credit management, cash/payment application, receipt processing, AR ledger posting, multi currency accounting and conversions, AR transaction and controls and AR reporting.

Financial reporting enables management to monitor their company performance. Additionally, generated reporting tools are easy to sue and provide sufficient depth of and access to the financial data to permit comprehensive analysis.



EasyCount encourage a functionality of six core modules which are GL, Customer, Supplier, Stock, Sales, and Purchase. EasyCount able to support special aging during generate customer aging repport.

In addition, its has embedded with features of advance credit control. With this advance credit control, you can set the credit limit and overdue limit for each customer. For General Ledger (GL) module, it provides the opportunity for user to maintain project/department accounts to suit their business needs.  



EasyCount module is user friendly, faster, flexible, interactive and provide others benefits more than users expectation. Currently, EasyCount system has support for partial delivery in maintaining quotation and sales order, delivery order, invoice and provide available stock balance. It also support for sales price history, which means it allows you to check the particular sales history for particular company under particular item code. Purchase module allow you to create purchase request, purchase order, purchase invoice, purchase debit note, goods received, purchase returned and purchase cancel note.
